The United States government has refused to issue a court date or any warrants for the cruel and unnecessary destruction of these beautiful animals. Kitty and Furby were the much loved companions to a disabled woman for 12 and 13 years respectively - the only roommates and friends she had. Unfortunately, the three of them, and little family dog Romeo, became the victims of vicious bullies. The apartment was unlawfully entered, repeatedly, even during the middle of the night, when all were asleep, or when showering or bathing was being done. The cats were taken outside and injured; left tied up int he apartment for their horrified human companion to discover. Calls to the landlord did not help - the landlord had the nerve to tell this disabled she had her entrapped and would do nothing to stop bullies from entering her home and injuring her pets. The bullies went through veterinary papers stored in the disabled woman's house to find out the location of microchips and cut the animals legs in an attempt to remove the ID chips; animals screaming in pain, wounds undressed...no sanitary measures taken during these unlawful procedures. Furby eventually suffered brain damage as well as trauma, and later died of her head wounds. Kitty was eventually stolen, and the disabled was informed via email that Kitty was dead, that he had been starved, and that there was blood everywhere. Romeo still has not been returned, although police and FBI know his location. Numerous pleas to federal investigators and police, even the UN, and the United States government refuses to uphold the Constitution and prosecute these violations of the Fourth Amendment, as well as other violations in this case. It is clearly discrimination against the disabled, who has been called an "idiot" over and over again while at the FBI office, as well as incompetent. Kitty and Furby suffered throughout this ordeal, and their lives ended unnaturally and prematurely. The police took the time to inform the disabled that the remains of her beloved cats had not been properly disposed of - and then pressed NO CHARGES!  The disabled woman was then left homeless for years, and is still derelict - without property - even her Drivers License was stolen by these animal abusing thieves. Please request that the United States government, office of the Attorney General respond to these crimes in accordance with the Constitution and file the appropriate charges, including the obstruction of justice, in this horrifying case of brutality against three helpless companion animals and their disabled human.  We were not even SAFE in our own HOME!
