During one of many Scrabble games of Quarantine 2020, I discovered the unfortunate reality that QUESO is not in the Scrabble dictionary. This is a crime against the wonderful gift to mankind that is QUESO. Also kind of racist since many non-English words such as CHEZ and BOCCE are in the Scrabble dictionary.
