Over the few months you may of seen posts of friends of water of Leith basin (f. O. W. L. B) Facebook page, Explore with Shane and other facebook pages relating to W.O.L that Scottish water have no care on sorting the sewage systems along side the water of leith basins 

Scottish water have around 16 above sea level and around 11 under water discharge pipes flowing raw sewage into the water of leith basins that have been found however there are believed to be more in around the basins and upstream into the water of leith at Stockbridge and other locations. 

After calling Scottish water out to pick up there left over littering belongings and to deal with the problem they said its old its to be expected and left it at that. 

After talking with the basin owners it's believed they had no idea Scottish water was doing this to their basins and are looking into the matter. 

On a clear day you can see the raw sewage on the bed of the silt, and when I dive you can see parts of human waste floating.

Further up the water of leith the water is clear but at basins 1-4 the water is really dirty and visibility in the water is poor this is due to Scottish waters secret negligence.
