Scottish Provincial Press has announced it will axe jobs here in the north and outsource them to India. Scottish Provincial Press publishes 16 newspapers in the North of Scotland, including The Inverness Courier, The Northern Scot, The Banffshire Advertiser, Huntly Express, Banffshire Herald, Highland News and the John O’Groat Journal.
