Scottish Power have had circa 10k reviews on Trust Pilot, with 97% at 1 star. All of which are stating fraudulent bills and constant cut offs. This company is not geared up to manage customers and peoples lives are being put at risk due to negligence. 

I have had personal experience with them and I don't believe that a company could be that incompetent, without the ability to make serious improvements. I fear that the constant cut offs and fraudulent bills are premeditated. 

I would urge all readers of this petition to see the reviews on  Trust Pilot and let them speak for themselves.

There are two possible outcomes that I would like to be considered in response to this petition. 

1) Formal investigation with an improvement notice issued against the company, addressing all concerns from their customers.

2) If the company is unable to fulfill the improvement notice, it should be closed down due to negligence and fraud.
