We the fans are petitioning the creators of Mr Inbetween to reconsider their decision to stop production. The final episode did not close the book, and the adventures of Ray Shoesmith are incomplete. We ask that they continue writing for a fourth season, and beyond. To create such an iconic character and bring him to life, only to end his story leaving more questions than answers is unjust. To rip him away from the people who gave him life, the fans, is unfair and unreasonable. The world needs the story of Ray, and his friends, family, and associates, to continue until it reaches a natural conclusion. Too many loose ends were left, and too many sub plots were unfinished, for the series not too continue. What becomes of Freddie? We demand to know. What becomes of Gary? We demand to know. We must know if Britt grows up to be a well adjusted person. We must know if Ray finds love, happiness, and peace, or if he finds trouble and unnatural death. This story, our story, cannot remain untold and we ask with sincerity that it be told in it’s entirety. Scott Ryan and Nash Edgerton, and everyone else involved in bringing us this masterpiece of entertainment, we respectfully ask that you continue to do so.
