We the undersigned do hereby petition the Country Club of the South and Club Corp to designate what is now the “Men’s Grill” to become the “Adult Grill”. We would like the “Adult Grill” to be in operation from 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm daily.  Other times it may remain reserved for men only. We think that this is in the best interest for ClubCorp as well as the membership of the CCS. CCS will benefit by increased revenue and the membership will benefit by having more common gathering areas for adults in a casual sportsbar atmosphere. It is a great compromise allowing men to have a private are after golf but also promoting a casual space for couples who would like to gather without the disruption of children. We believe that for ClubCorp and the Country Club of the South to continue to promote an area reserved for men only that is significantly more attractive and staffed is a holdover from times past and not viable in this day and age where men and women operate on equal footing and are by law afforded the same conveniences and opportunities. To do less than this is to say that we encourage the placement of men above women, boys above girls, and is not what we want for ourselves or for our families now or in the future. On behalf of the men and women of the Country Club of the South, and their families we ask that this recommendation be given serious consideration and be implemented as soon as possible but not later than Jan 1, 2021.
