Our community has been systematically deprived of DMV services since Scott Randolph became Orange County Tax Collector. He has eliminated most DMV offices which served minorities and small business. His lack of insight has violated our rights and because he consolidated the DMV into giant malls they have become useless. Putting all of us in danger of viruses and diseases. HE HAS ENDANGERED OUR VERY LIVES!  Scott Randolph wages war against small dealerships and private title agencies attempting to force them into a pay for play operation run by his long time partner.  A small incompetently run company ill prepared to handle the simplest of deals and so slow it's ridiculous. Scott Randolph is corrupt and should be removed from office. Scott Randolph has disregarded his Oath of Office for personal gain and "We The People" should not stand for it. The DMV is a State Agency and Scott Randolph has placed restrictions on our rights as Floridians to access our State of Florida institutions by excluding other county residents from using the State of Florida DMV's in Orange County.
