I have just received my annual Nurse Registration. This is a requirement to be able to practice within Australia for all health professionals.

Nurses, Doctors, health professionals are essential workers - we have to go to work, we cannot work from home. We are risking our lives daily to help Australia get through this Covid19 crisis. 

I am requesting this annual fee to be waived for 2020 to ease the burden on us a little. We too have family affected by unemployment, illnesses and trying to work from home. Often we have been self isolating ourselves after spending horrendous shifts at work, sometimes in alternate accomodation, for the safety of our families. 

My personal AHPRA annual fee is $175, many are higher according to profession and rank. I know it would be welcomed if the Scott Morrison government would be able to help out the front line workers too.
