Mr. Brawner is the most devoted, loving and caring teacher I've yet to see. He cares for every individual in our band and wants nothing but success for each and every one of us. He has taught at SCHS for 19 years, he started out with 50 people in the band; since then, we've grown to a massive 280+ band, earning a distinguished in all of our assessments. SCHS administration as stated that he was "not all in for the band", which is beyond me. He had dedicated his life to us; Even with the countless procedures that he's had, and with one working lung, he still would rather come to school and teach his students. If that's not dedication, i'm not sure what is. Band will not be band without him. We are all a family; and without Brawner, our family just isn't complete. Sign this petition, get Mr. Brawner back where he needs to be, doing what he loves the most. He's taught us all so much. We need him.
