Over the past 3 years we have seen our Electric Bills rise suddenly and sharply...From $400.00 to $1000.00 a month during the winters...This includes using a fireplace to help heat instead of the Electric Furnace...

I expressed my concerns to REMC and they were basically unfazed by our concerns...They said they haven't had any increases in rates but their suppliers may have raised rates...(Hoosier Energy) of Bloomington, Indiana...NOTE: Hoosier Energy IS Owned by 38 REMC's in Indiana alone...Now they have had their increases and NOW REMC has had an increase...That's right they get their increases under another business name: Hoosier Energy... It's a Win Win for REMC...The NON Profit Organization...huh...

I asked that every Member of REMC's Stand up against the rising cost of Electricity...You May be in a Rural Community and NOT know who your Township buys its Electricity from it could be REMC if so your paying way too much for electricity...REMC has By Far the MOST EXPENSIVE UTILITY RATES for Hoosiers...

In The Photo their is a NEW Building Built in 2013 They Bought The property around them and Built a NEW Building with what???
