A while ago, when we were in PE, our teacher taught us about nutrition and healthy eating. We were skeptical of the lessons he was teaching and of the assignments he was making us do. They were not only triggering for people who have or have had an ED but could even cause one due to the fact he was making us do things like counting our calories for a week and reading food labels.

We started to write an email that we wanted to send to the school board to stop having teachers do this. We beg you to sign this petition to ensure that we eliminate EDucation (Eating Disorder Education.)
