I think that girls should be allowed to show their shoulders in school. People always claim that shoulders are 'distracting'. But bare shoulders are not 'sexual' or 'inappropriate'. Showing your shoulders is basically equal to showing your arms, which is perfectly fine. Boys or teachers are not going to think "Wow, those shoulders are so distracting". They're not going to care if it wasn't against the dress code. Everyone has shoulders so if guys are allowed to show their shoulders, why aren't girls?
