Schools must allow students to have one free day off a month without a reason or holiday. It must be a Monday. This includes adults and work. 

By having a free day off each month of school, it could allow students to have more time to work on school, or relax. Most kids have a lot of stress whether it's from school or not. So allowing them to skip a day, could possibly help. 

In my opinion, kids usually give a little more, when school gives more. It could potentially make kids feel like school could be a fun place by getting more time off. 

Same with adults. Pay would be the same, but they would have less days. 

We all usually need a break, and having a three day weekend every month could save us all some leave days.
