We the undersigned ask that Schnuck's immediately remove from its shelves the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and refrain from carrying it in the future.

This magazine and the near-pornographic images it displays promotes a culture of sexual exploitation by encouraging readers to view women as objects and not as individual people to be respected and valued.

It does not belong in a decent society at all, much less in the check-out aisles of a local, family-friendly grocery store.

We will not shop at Schnuck's as long as the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition is on its shelves.
