We live in Sutton Wharf South Canal-Side. There has been a high pitched tone coming from the SCAPE accommodation Mile End Canal Side for the past 2 years. This has been identified as either the inlet or outlet of the communal air-conditioning unit. A number of residents have complained to the facilities manager Ben Williams and are being told the sound is "normal". We have autism in our family and sensory needs. This sound means we are unable to use our balcony or have the windows open when the sound is prevalent as it causes distress.

We have decided to put this petition together to give weight to the fact that we want to be taken seriously by SCAPE and the sound rectified.
