This side Aayush Solanki, I am using SBI credit card since two to three years , and happy with using it, in September 2022 i have Online spent and found offer of instant discount with using of SBI credit card , and same amount which i was spent i paid to SBI on time , in December spent SBI sent me a statement for RP forfeit for CBK office for four transaction which i have made earlier  , almost after two to three months (SBI Statement attached for reference).

I spoke with Customer care regarding this matter on 11.01.2023 and ask them to remove this amount or close my account, they received my complain but they remove the complain and did not respond on my complain. also, i reached them out again when today (i.e. 10.02.2023) regarding for closing my account they did not respond directly told me if you did not pay the balance we will not close your account and high penalty will charge on that, also a customer Executive name Mr. Raman Yadav Threat on me for if you did not pay the balance your CIBIL score will down. i told him close my account, he told me that you pay the certain amount and we will close your account.

i am trying to file the complain  against SBI credit card on consumer commission portal if any once can help please call me on 7990411971. i want to complain for harassing a customer for giving instant discount in online and misleading the information of Reward point and instant discount in online purchase.

I request to every one did not use SBI Credit card they are doing a big fraud for giving instant discount in online and same are deducting as amount from your credit balance for Reward point Forfeit CBK offer.

Please sign my petition for fair side , for consumer help and support and unite all, please share as much you can, so SBI take charge on this .
