We as Americans are tired of working 5 days a week. This is something that originated in 1926 by Henry Ford. This is out dated and makes for a terrible work-life balance. There are enough people in this country that make 3 day work weeks possible. The work schedules don’t have to be identical, employers can place employees on different days so every day is covered. And don’t decrease the pay, everything is too expensive, and we’re spending the majority of our lives working to afford basic and essential needs like shelter and food.
