The City is currently proposing a dog park at Glendora Park, which would involve removing the baseball diamond and converting that entire space to become a dog park. Currently, this is the only park in our local vicinity which has a baseball diamond and it is well used by children and adults. In addition to this, as we all know, our huge school has very limited outdoor space, and we are fortunate to have a beautiful park like Glendora in walking distance from the school which students regularly use during school hours every day.

Glendora Park is a beautiful, well maintained, multi-functional, family friendly park with several open green spaces which is loved by many people and families in our local community. We would like your support to oppose this proposal of a dog park, and one way that you can do this is to sign this petition. Parent Council will then send this petition to the City Counselor, Ms.Lily Cheng so that our voices are heard.
