The Greater Miami Expressway (GMX) has drafted plans to extend the Gratigny Parkway eastward through the heart of Black Miami to I-95.  This proposal involves elevating NW 119th Street (Florida State Road 924).  This GMX proposal will destroy many homes and  small businesses in North Central Miami-Dade County.
