Trump's ICE agents have gone too far!

ICE agents in the state of Texas have unlawfully detained a mother and her 7-year old daughter with autism.

Both the woman, Tania Warner, and her daughter Ayla Lucas are from Canada, and were in the United States legally on a worker's visa, according to the CBC.

After passing a routine checkpoint, ICE agents asked to fingerprint both Ayla and Tania. However, instead of returning, both were sent to a notorious detention facility.

ICE detention facilities are notorious for abuse. There has been reports of physical and even sexual abuse of detainees.

Despite requests from the family, and Democratic politicians in Texas, the two are still being held in custody.

This petition demands that both Tania Warner and Ayla Lucas are immediately removed from ICE detention.

Kids do not belong in prison.
