I would answer as follows.

As previously stated in our meeting together earlier this year, when I have news regarding our future business plans regarding the site, I will advise all necessary external stakeholders accordingly.

However in the spirit of cooperation I will advise the following:

We are maintaining the site in accordance with our lease obligations, any external issues should be addressed to our landlord.

We will advise our redevelopment plans when they are agreed with our Landlord and all necessary local authorities, I do not expect that to happen until sometime next year, however we are committed to providing a new state of the art Overhaul facility for the UK rail industry.

We have no plans for demolition of the East Repair buildings, that would happen as and when the site is redeveloped.

Long term job security is subject to the ongoing redevelopment plans, however we are planning to remain here for the foreseeable future. We will recruit in line with our ongoing project delivery plans.

Regarding entrance of the works this will be resolved as part of the site redevelopment, however I expect minor changes.

Finally, I would seek reassurance that you will not do the following:
