On the 2nd of October this year i requested a complete freedom of information on the wolverton works project. But midday 3rd October 2019 i got a replying saying there will not going continue with when request and not to ask again. St modwen have a habbit of blocking FOI from people. When questioned why i was told st modwen is not a public authorty there for they have the right to refue any request. St Modwen was cought out writing nasty rude internal emails about me when i done the subject request this is the true reason they block and reuse my request. So what are st modwen hiding?. I will get ti the bottom of this but time is running out on St Modwen they have just over a year left before they have to resubmit the application.
