The founding members of Wingate park country club want to sell the course to developers. The developers, Cosmopolitan, plan to build more than 3000 high density housing units on the land. This will have a material impact on property values, traffic and wildlife in the Wingate / Moreletapark area. In short it needs to be stopped !!!
