Last Monday Judge Bondy adjourned the hearing to March 15, 2023 so that the township can consider an arrangement between the parties at the Next Township board meeting on March 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm.  The judge strongly encouraged a settlement between the parties.  In the meantime, they are exploring other options and participating in settlement discussions.   Judge Bondy did express concern for the schools programming with our equestrian teams.  

My understanding is that this discussion will again be a closed session at the end of meeting, as they have done in the past.  

It is very important that we show up to voice our opinions and concerns.   Now is the time to take action and have them hear us!!! 

I am so worried about the future of our equestrian teams and all of these kids who will be effected.

There are so many emotions attached to this.  The prospect of finding a solution exists.  There must be an answer.   I have personally laid out my olive branch before them.  I have explained that we have an incredible group of supporters who will do what it takes to see this be a success.  There isn’t anything we can’t do! 

If there was ever a time to step up, it is now.  Let there be no question....
