After serving & returning from Desert Storm, Chris Philpott of Marion Ohio, rescued an injured horse from slaughter. Receiving the citys' approval to board the animal inside city limits, once additional land & housing were purchased by Ms. Philpott. Local & state government has now seemingly renegged on it's previous determination & is taking Chris Philpott to court to force the removal of her 'gentle pet & friend'.
