I wanted to share an important update for those following the issues along Victory Blvd and the Metro/RV storage proposals.

The City of Los Angeles has officially approved a recall petition for Councilmember Imelda Padilla. This effort is led by several residents and stakeholders in Council District 6 and is now moving forward.

Why a recall?
Many in our community feel we have not been properly represented on major decisions impacting Lake Balboa and the surrounding neighborhoods — including the 17100 Victory development, the proposed RV storage at Balboa Station, traffic congestion, student safety concerns, and the lack of meaningful community engagement.

If you support the recall effort or want more information, the organizers are asking interested residents to contact them directly:
