The Uk government is starting to turn against the Transgender and LGBTQIA+ community and especially the trans and queer youth. Some laws in discussion currently are ones that will ban any biological males from women’s spaces and sports events but also require schools to tell all parents if their child identifies as trans even to unaccepting parents. With pressure to create and endorse laws that will actively hurt and set back progress we need to start pushing back against these changes.
