It affects the vulnerable ie elderly, disabled, young teenagers, and the public as a whole. There are unforeseen circumstances which you cannot know ahead and would need assistance from staff. 

It will be very challenging especially if a customer cannot find help. I have encountered this a lot of times and lost my money which cannot be fair as the economic crisis has hit hard. 

Train tickets are so expensive now and we should rather have better service. UK has the most expensive train tickets in Europe with poor service given everyday. 

It must change .

Our government needs to intervene to stop this.
