Bernard McGuin & Colins Ibor - Tolson Museum Update

Thank you to 1,693 local residents who have signed the petition to save Tolson Museum for Huddersfield. Please continue to share this petition with family & friends on Facebook, email, twitter etc.
We are against Kirklees Labour Council plans to close Tolson Museum. The Council after 10 years of Tolson Museum being earmarked for closure still have no future plans for the building for the local community.
Kirklees Council closed Huddersfield Library and there idea is to have a Museum in the former Huddersfield Library.
Kirklees Council have made clear there future plans are that Tolson Museum will not be used as a museum in the future. The worry is that Tolson Museum will be left to wrack and ruin under the current proposal for when it closes.
The ever popular Monday activities at Tolson Museum has moved due to repair work needed, to the United Reform Church in Moldgreen.
Time is running out very quickly on Tolson Museum, there does not seem to be a plan in place for it's future use, an asset that was gifted to the people of Huddersfield.
We have an all out election at Kirklees Council, so a change could also change Tolson Museum future direction.
Thank you to my son Robert McGuin and Local Campaigner Collins Ibor for helping me with this local campaign.
P.S Please continue to share this petition with family and friends on Facebook, twitter, email etc.
Thank You
