Save the Western Arctic – Stop Trump from Destroying Wildlife Habitat

The Issue

The Western Arctic is one of the last truly wild places on Earth. It's home to majestic caribou herds, nesting grounds for migratory birds, and the fragile habitat of polar bears. But right now, this precious land is under threat.

The Department of the Interior is proposing to strip protections from 13 million acres of the Western Arctic—clearing the way for oil and gas drilling in one of the most ecologically rich regions in the world.

This isn't just land. It's a sanctuary for animals that cannot speak for themselves. It’s a lifeline for Indigenous communities who have lived in harmony with nature for generations.

If we allow drilling here, we risk permanent damage:

  • Wildlife habitats destroyed
  • Pollution poisoning the tundra and waterways
  • Climate change made worse by more fossil fuel extraction

All of this—for the profit of oil companies?

We can't let that happen.

We have a short window to act. The proposal is open for public comment, and your voice can help stop this.

Sign this petition and demand the Trump Administration reverse this dangerous plan and restore full protections to the Western Arctic.

Protect the Arctic. Protect our future. Act now.
