The Massena Central School budget for 2011-2012 does not include Tech Prep.  This program allows students an alternative to traditional classes, prepares them for postsecondary education and an entrance into the work world. I urge everyone to sign this petiton that will be presented to the Board of Education on April 18, 2011.
