New information has come to light and it seems the building has been sold and there is progress. I will gather the relevant info and use this to inform those who are interested. However little information has come forward so it is still worth requesting the below as it obviously worried so many residents:

Raven Hotel in Droitwich Spa is a building of historical significance in the centre of the town. The building could be of tremendous benefit to the town both socially and financially, yet is currently having a detrimental effect on the image, economy and success of Droitwich Spa.

We request that the following would be provided

• Guarantee, with a full statement, a commitment to restoring and developing the building with details on how this will be achieved and to include a full timeline.
• Provide monthly updates on the progress of restoring and developing the building.

If Malvern Homes Ltd fails to maintain the update of the building, the council should proceed with a repairs notice and if necessary, compulsory purchase order as below.
