As a New Yorker from the bronx, we deserve this theater. Growing up in a dangerous place, dealing with people addicted with drugs, the only thing for entertainment was that movie theater. Being a New Yorker, my friends and I would go this place for birthdays, hangouts, and just to have fun. It's devastating to tell my friends and family that their version of the best place on earth is closed over a small issue. This theater deserves better, 161 will have the biggest downfall of the years in NYC. We are losing a family place and the best NYC theater, to us, and the community, don't agree. Help spread awareness for us New Yorkers by signing this petition and donating to the Go Fund me.
