On July 21, it was announced that the Midway Cub is closing its doors on August 2nd. Midway residents will be losing a critical grocery store and union employer. This is the latest in a series of high profile closures in the neighborhood. 

We demand:

Keep our Cub open! Midway residents need a grocery store and pharmacy. Keep dozens of union jobs in the neighborhood! 

Full transparency from Cub management! Work with the community to find solutions to the problems plaguing Cub. Why has our Cub been allowed to slowly decline and now close while others continue to operate normally?
