Save the Honeybees

Save the Honeybees

The Issue

Honeybees are responsible for pollinating a third of the food that we eat. They are vital to our food supply and economic stability. It has recently been discovered that a type of insecticide known as neonicotinoids are the cause of mass colony die-offs. The bees die when the chemical causes nerve paralysis. It is estimated that honeybees will become extinct by 2035. These insecticides have already been limited in some European countries. Let's spread the buzz and ban neonicotinoids to save our precious honeybees!
