Just found out that Chili’s took their Honey-Chipotle crispers and waffles off their menu. I’m devastated. Now, I’m someone who loves to try new food everywhere I go, so the fact that I got this one dish every time I went to Chili’s pretty much speaks for itself on how good it was. They claimed to have taken it off their menu because they are “done chasing customer trends”, which is kind of fair in the sense of wanting some change. But personally, I feel It was a poor decision on their part to take away a significant money maker for them. I understand wanting to create their own image as a popular establishment in the food industry, but it is still appreciated to keep around some classics that people know and love.
