Hi all, we received a letter from the Country Club stating that "we've voluntarily extended the public comment period on our tree removal permit to ensure neighboring residents have time to learn more about the project and share feedback." This is false.

Pursuant to my conversation with Isaac Harvey at the City on July 24th, the City of Oakland requested further time for public input due to the outcry and because they needed more documents from SCC before rendering a decision. Once again, SCC refuses to be transparent in the hopes of appearing to be "good neighbors".
