The Cinerama Dome is not just a theater — it is the soul of Hollywood cinema.

Since 2020, the world’s first all-concrete geodesic dome has stood dark. We are now six years removed from the pandemic, yet the Decurion Corporation continues to keep its doors shuttered. While other historic venues have fought their way back to life, the Dome—a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument—is being left to gather dust.

Enough is Enough.

Despite repeated, high-profile offers from film industry titans to buy, lease, or revitalize the space, ownership has consistently said "no." By refusing to sell and failing to reopen, the Decurion Corporation is holding a piece of global film history hostage. We cannot sit by while this architectural marvel and cultural hub is left to rot in disrepair.

Our Demand.

We, the moviegoers, the filmmakers, and the citizens of Los Angeles, demand that the Decurion Corporation:

1. Commit to a definitive reopening date for the Cinerama Dome.

2. Engage in good-faith negotiations with parties capable of restoring the theater to its former glory.

3. Stop the delays and prioritize the cultural legacy of the Dome over corporate stagnation.
