Hey everyone, wondering if you can help me out by taking a few moments to sign this petition. 

We have our horses stabled at the Burn Equestrian Centre in Knockbracken health care park in Belfast. We got the devastating news that the Burn with close their doors for the final time on 30th September 2023 after 30+ years.  
Not only do we have over 40 horses to try and find homes for, we would be saying goodbye to the amazing charity work that happens up there… all organised by the incredible staff. 
some of the charity work we have done is listed below… 

We run events to raise money for Air ambulance

The yard has seen RDA excel (which is riding for the disabled) we support them by providing the horses and facilities for this amazing charity to operate

The grounds have mental health patients who get out for a daily walk and their only exciting part of the day is to see the horses

I would say we provide a great range of therapy for a lot of people.

We take in Vet students to give them experience and help them excel in their career.

It really doesn’t stop there, the amazing work this place does! 

We cannot let this place close as it is a real asset to the community and further afield. 
The horses stabled there have settled and most have been there their whole life (some 20 plus years) and this now becomes a worry as it could be detrimental to their health having to move home. 
We are a tight knitted yard and are willing to do anything to get our voice heard.
