Here this is the incident took place near my house no- 31 Harish Nagar Agra where a sweeper collect the garbage from every home and then stand his Garbage vehicle in front of my house where lots of cow and dogs eating plastic polythene it's so danger Where one side Government make a law to save cow and animals. here this is very Shamefull picture I put on it.
