For 20 years my family and I have came to massapequa mall on Long Island to eat, shop, walk and just spend entertaining time together. Annual easter and christmas picture being pure happiness to my face but at the same time sadness. Thousand who’ve visited this mall in the past 50 years dont like where they’re headed (downhill) and want to revamp the mall into its thriving day back in the 80s-2000s. Please help sign to convince Urban Edge to give this mall a proper second chance. This mall needs to open stores again, little by little to make a recovery.

•invest in small franchises to grab attention ( spend money to make money) and open around 10 (rue 21, little fast food, try to open 3 stores in food court, stores opposite of the Extension stores) 

.once enough popularity and money is retrieved we can open bigger businesses (hollister, hot topic, dhoe stores & street wear stores)

•have enough to introduce new businesses like apple, best buy, garage, jcpenny (again), walmart (again), spirit halloween, nike, starbucks (again), etc)

.make 3rd story (we were first of LI with 2nd so let’s improve!)

and so on, but if the Urban Edge simple doesn’t want the property to benefit, resell to westfield many factors, when it thrived, and they’ll revamp it to its classy winter loving seasonal 08 spirits.
