Save "Sonic Forces Speed Battle" for it's deteriorating quality

The Issue

The mobile game Sonic forces speed battle has been suffering from neglect in terms of quality of gameplay, bug fixes, UI, and many other issues, meanwhile the game continues to make money without respecting the fan base who have constantly been asking for essential fixes, not to mention intentionally refusing to add a confirmation button for in game purchases where one can lose his/her in-game currency by accidental clicking, something that proved to occur too frequently on the support page. (the discord support page has been shut down as well). there is also the problem where character balance updates are too rare, and many characters are made overpowered when they first debut so to get as much financial profit off of them, other characters are left to rot because they are unusably weak.

The game is also full of hackers and there has been no attempts at creating an anti cheat system the past few years, which goes against the point of a game that is supposed to be competitive.

This is a special time for the Sonic franchise as it is making a comeback, SEGA should not allow Hardlight to contaminate the franchise's image with corporate greed and unprofessionalism.

The fan base has supported this mobile game for 5 years and counting, it's a shame that Hardlight abuses this in greedy practices. this is something that you would never expect from a Sonic game.

We are hoping for SEGA to take action and reclaim Sonic forces speed battle and to enforce quality control on its Sonic games.

let's show SEGA that we want better trust between fans and game developers, appreciation goes both ways not just one way, and is essential for the success of the franchise so that it could compete with game giants such as Nintendo.
