For the past 10 years, Second Home Cafe has been proud to call Rouse Hill Village Centre home. What started as a local café has grown into a much-loved part of the Rouse Hill community.

Over the years, we have served thousands of local customers, created employment opportunities, worked with local suppliers and built relationships with generations of families in the area.

For many customers, Second Home is their "second home" more than just somewhere to grab a coffee or a meal. It is where families meet for breakfast, friends catch up over brunch, birthdays are celebrated and familiar faces become part of the everyday rhythm of the community. 
Today, the future of our Rouse Hill location is uncertain.

We are currently working through the tenancy process and, following proceedings before the Court, we have formal protection allowing the business to remain operating while we continue to work towards a resolution. 

Our goal is simple: we want the opportunity to remain in Rouse Hill Village Centre and continue serving the community we have built this business alongside for the past decade. 

We are asking Centre Management to recognise the significant community value and goodwill that Second Home Cafe has established over 10 years and to engage with us in fair, constructive and good-faith negotiations towards a reasonable long-term lease extension.

A local business is more than the four walls it operates from. It represents the people who work there, the suppliers it supports, the customers who return week after week and the community connections built over many years.
