📢 Standing Up for Accountability in Savannah

On October 16, 2025, I officially filed a formal ethics complaint against Alderman Nick Palumbo for what I believe to be unethical conduct surrounding the recent changes to Savannah’s carriage horse industry.

The Code of Ethics exists to protect fairness, transparency, and public trust — and when those principles are ignored, our community deserves answers.

I filed my complaint with Mark Massey, and I had arranged for local news stations to meet me there to ensure transparency and public awareness. However, I was advised by the news media to wait and see what the courts had to say before doing interviews. Later, I learned that Alderman Palumbo would first be given the opportunity to respond.

While I respect the process, I want to make sure this case is not quietly dismissed before it ever sees the light of day.

That’s why I’m collecting signatures from everyone who believes in accountability, integrity, and fairness in public office. If you agree that our elected officials should be held to the same ethical standards as the people they serve — please stand with us.
