Many thanks to all who have signed and supported this petition to help save the village from over development.

We have now passed the 300 milestone and on our way to our next target of 400 supporters - hopefully in time for when the plans are reviewed by the planning committee at East Devon District Council in the coming weeks. 

We want them to understand the strength of feeling against these pernicious plans that would bring about an irreversible change to village life. We want them to step up and do their duty and protect the fragile beauty and peace of this special place now and for future generations.

If the planners can give a firm thumbs down on these latest plans - we hope that it will deter current and future owners trying to exploit the natural beauty of the village under a different guise for commercial gain.
