Save Ralph’s Job at Tesco
Save Ralph’s Job at Tesco
The Issue
We, the undersigned customers and members of the Wimbledon community, are asking Tesco to reconsider its decision to let Ralph go.
Ralph is far more than an employee. For many of us, he is the friendly face that welcomes us every time we visit the store. He takes the time to speak to customers, remembers familiar faces, and makes people feel valued and welcome.
In a world where genuine customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Ralph stands out. He has built real connections with the local community through his kindness, warmth, and dedication. Whether someone is having a good day or a bad one, Ralph always greets people with a smile and a friendly conversation.
His presence has helped make this Tesco feel like a community hub rather than just a supermarket. Many local residents, including elderly customers and people who visit the store regularly, look forward to seeing him.
We believe that employees like Ralph are a huge asset to Tesco. The value he brings cannot be measured solely in numbers—he creates loyalty, community spirit, and a positive experience for customers every single day.
We respectfully ask Tesco to review its decision and do everything possible to keep Ralph in his role.
Please listen to the voices of the customers who know and appreciate the difference he makes.
Signed,
The Customers and Residents of Wimbledon
