Facts are stranger than fiction! Here's proof!
It is one week since the High Court of Karnataka Declared that Gaurav Gupta's actions are in Contempt of Court, that he is not entitled to Commence Work on the Road project. But, one week since the order was issued, work goes on uninterrupted!

We citizens are unable to understand this behaviour. Are courts and laws only meant for common citizens? Are officials above the law? Don't they have anything to fear?
Contempt of Court has serious implications: "Official can be jailed. And it will be entered in service record".
So, what drives the officials to continue committing contempt? Are they being rewarded for this improper conduct? Do the rewards outweigh the risk?
Has BBMP become a rogue department? Is it out of control? Should it be dismantled for sake of public good?
We demand that the BBMP Commissioner Gaurav Gupta and his boss, the Bengaluru Development Minister and Chief Minister - Basavaraj Bommai, be immediately sacked, and investigated for corruption and involvement in the illegal acts.
