Hello Neighbors!
Tomorrow is the day to let INDOT know - Parker street access to US-30 must remain open for the safety of our neighborhoods!
INDOT will be having a large community meeting in the evening at 5pm on Dec 6th in the Lincoln Elementary Gym. This is finally a chance to attend if you work during the day! Please see more details below! INDOT seems to honestly want our feedback so please attend if at all possible! Also, make sure to sign up for all future INDOT communications at ProPEL US 30 East Announcements.
You are also encouraged to submit your concerns on their Propel US-30 East site at: Indiana DOT PIMA Public Forms - East
Possible commentary you could add:
“Please do not let US-30 traffic be directed through the Warsaw neighborhood access roads for Patterson Place, Timber Ridge, Paths of Deerfield, Lincoln Park and others, as was proposed by the Warsaw City Council (see the map route on https://chng.it/4CZ8SsXJvc along with the suggestion to close US-30 at Parker Street (Menards Complex). We are deeply concerned that making our access roads functional “on- and off- ramps” for US-30 will be dangerous and unsafe for our neighborhood residents. Thank you so much for considering our concerns.”
Thank you and we hope to see you December 6th at Lincoln Elementary at 5pm!
