Have you seen the signs and banners around town with a Labrador and the name We Are Glendora (WAG)?

That’s a local community awareness effort—and the Labrador you’re seeing is Wags.

Wags has grown… because the message has grown.

That’s exactly what Wags represents—watching out, standing guard, and advocating for Glendora residents.

 
If you signed the petition regarding high-rise concerns and the Vision Plan, this directly affects you.

There is now a parcel (property) tax petition actively being circulated—and it comes with real, long-term financial impact.

👉 $0.19 per square foot
👉 35 long years
👉 NO Prop 13 protections

And it’s important to understand—the rate impact is even higher for apartment buildings, commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

Example:
A 2,000 sq ft home with a 400 sq ft garage would add about $456 in the first year alone.
With a 2% annual increase over 35 years, the true cost becomes $22,797.48.
